As part of the Vision Group of Companies, Vision Coatings is the North American leader in high-end finishing. Since 2018 Vision Coatings has provided our manufacturers with the professional service and quality it has become accustomed to.
Vision Coatings offers a wide range of colours, dimensions and run sizes in our 102,225 sq. ft. facility in Vaughan, Ontario. Equipped with our industry-leading UV ToughCoat, UV Tough Coat Cool-Cure systems, and a 2,000 sq. ft. traditional UltraFinishCoat paint booth. All quality coatings meet test procedures and performance requirements for superior performance organic coatings.

- Advanced spectrophotometry technology ensures consistent colour accuracy across all hand-painted jobs.
- Despite the surface preparation required, traditional paint is still one of the most popular methods for applying coloured finishing because of its flexibility.
- Through brush or spray, the colour options for traditional paint are virtually limitless – you can even achieve a textured or metallic finish depending on the paint you’re using.
- Because a skilled operator is manually applying the paint, you can apply the finish to odd shapes, including installed windows or doors.

- Medical grade curing lamps are implemented
- Only enough wavelength is generated for targeted curing
- A harder coating is achieved by generating 12-24 times more energy at the targeted wavelength
- Curing at higher energy and lower temperatures (30 F lower)
- Near zero IR emittance
